Report service, warranty and return requests in the form below. You will receive a return number, return adress and instructions by e-mail.

All packages must be packed carefully and properly. Multitronic Oy will not be liable for any damage to items that are not adequately packaged and damaged in transit to Multitronic Oy.

Attach the label with our adress and your return number to the shipment. The label comes attached as a PDF-file in an e-mail. Follow the instructions in the e-mail sent to you.

Any goods not following above instructions may not be accepted and can be shipped back together with a return carriage charge.
