DJI Care, Mini 3 Pro, 2-Year - extended warranty

DJI Care Refresh (2-year plan) offers three replacements in two years, including two chances to use Flyaway Coverage. When it comes to accidents like water damage, collisions, or missing aircraft, you can have your product replaced for a small additional cost. For DIl Mini 3 Pro, the first DJI Care Refresh replacement fee is 75 €, the second replacement is 79 €, and the third replacement is 89 €. If you use the replacement available for Flyaway Coverage, the replacement fee will be 255 €.

DIl Care Refresh Flyaway Coverage covers situations where aircraft goes missing during flight, allowing you to enjoy worry-free flights.

Accidental damage is covered by the replacement service, including collisions, water damage, etc. The replacement units are brand-new products or equivalent to brand-new products in performance and reliability.

Express is an option that allows you to skip the damage assessment and quotation process. A DIl service center will ship you a replacement as soon as they receive your product.

DJI will cover shipping costs both ways anytime a product is sent back for replacement service.

Throughout the service period, if you haven't used any replacements services, DIl will provide you with a 1-year warranty extension as reward.
