CANON GP-E2 GPS receiver unit

Compact and integrated via your compatible camera’s hotshoe or USB terminal, the GP-E2 allows geotagging and automatically adds location to your images and video as EXIF data while you shoot. It features an onboard electronic compass which, when held vertically, displays orientation on a map. As well as functioning as a stand-alone GPS logger, your compatible camera or camcorder’s clock can also be set using the GP-E2’s atomic clock.
