For purest coffee taste, the Sommelier coffeemaker is fitted with Braun PureAqua water filters by BRITA® that reduce the chlorine content in water and largely prevent scale build-up. This allows coffee unfold its full, seductive aroma while preventing calcification of the brewing unit.
The water filter memory dial will remind you when to replace your water filter.

Exclusive filter release button
By pressing the button, the filter basket releases itself for easy insertion of the coffee filter and filling of ground coffee. Also, the filter basket can be simply removed from its hinge and placed on the counter-top, making the ground coffee filling process easier.
