Formality of purchase
AcerAdvantage must be purchased and activated within 365 days from the product's purchase date.
The purchase date must be documented by a copy of an invoice or sales receipt.
This guarantee does not affect the rights possessed by the purchaser under law (including without limitation under any implementation of Directive 1999/44/EC) in the Territory.

Parts covered by the service
AcerAdvantage covers all Notebook part defects that prevent product use.

Parts not covered by the service
Damages due to negligence or careless use, incorrect maintenance, maintenance by unauthorized personnel, transport in unsuitable packaging, any cause not attributable to manufacturer's defects and small damages such as scratches, scores, etc. derived from routine product use are excluded from service coverage.
The battery is excluded from the warranty extension service and does maintain the original warranty conditions (180 days).
The warranty does not cover malfunctions due to viruses, system conflicts due to installation of drivers or peripherals and data loss for any reason.

In case of breakdown
In case of breakdown, customers who have registered their Notebook should:
Contact the Call Center for the necessary controls to determine the nature of the problem and receive pertinent instructions.
Package the product following the procedure described by the Call Center agent.
Follow the instructions given by the Call Center agent on shipping / delivery to the nearest repair Center.
Once completely repaired and inspected at our laboratory, the Notebook will be delivered back to the customer via shipping agent.
