Where is my order/product at the moment?
Each order is individual, so we cannot give you a precise general answer. You can track the progress of your order from your profile on the "Orders" page, where you can see the current status of your order. If you would like to receive more information about your order, we recommend sending an email to info@multitronic.fi with your order number.
How do I return a product?
Customers have a 14-day return policy for orders placed through the online shop. Returning the product is easy and free of charge. Click here to read the return instructions and conditions.
What is the delivery time for product X?
On the product page you will always see the estimated delivery time and availability of the product in question. By moving your cursor over the small info logo next to the date, you can see a detailed description of the product's estimated delivery time and also whether the product is in stock or at a supplier. You can also check the stock amount in our central warehouse and in our stores on the product pages.
Why won't my payment go through?
If you have chosen Klarna or Walley as your payment method, the problem may be due to a temporary glitch and you can try to place the order again in a moment. If the above payment methods do not work, please contact your chosen payment service. If you have problems with other payment methods, please contact us by email info@multitronic.fi and describe your problem as precisely as possible.
