Sharing inside Multitronic organisation
Personal information is available to employees inside the Multitronic organisation, hereunder staff in Multitronic and iTronic stores, Multitronic Pro, Multicare Oy and Smartdeals Oy. All these companies share order system, back office interface and employees. Employees often work for several of these organisations sitting at the same desk and using the same credentials in Multitronic administration system.
Sharing with vendors and partners
Multitronic can share your personal information with vendors and partners. In most of these cases, it is done to deliver a service/product, for instance when purchasing software, warranty extension or product/warranty registration. We might also share your information on claims and warranty issues.
Sharing with service providers
To make our service work we share information with service providers. For example, logistic companies, payment portals, instalment and credit facilitating companies. We share only information that is necessary for service providers to fulfil their service.
To improve and optimise the user experience on our website, we use so-called tracking technologies. Multitronic uses them to see which pages and products customers have visited to improve the quality of the content and products we provide. For those purposes, Multitronic uses three main services: Google Analytics, Hotjar and Yandex Metrica (for our website visitors from Russia).
Multitronic website uses Google (Universal) Analytics from Google Inc. Google Analytics can read certain text files (cookies) which located on the client's computer. Multitronic does not share or get any customer information, such as name or contact details through Google Analytics. Location of the client roughly determined by IP address you use. The data provided through Google Analytics is encrypted. For better marketing analysis Google Analytics will store cookie information for 38 months.
To prevent the transmission of cookie-generated information, the client can install a browser plug-in. But doing that, the customer will opt-out not only from Multitronic but also from any other website which uses Google Analytics. You can get the plug-in from this link.
Multitronic website uses Yandex. Metrica from Yandex LLC, because Multitronic provides services to the customer in Russia and getting the website pages indexed in Yandex. Yandex. Metrica can read certain text files (cookies) which located on the client's computer. Multitronic does not get any customer information, such as name or contact details through Yandex. Metrica. Location of the client roughly determined by IP address he uses. The data provided through Yandex. Metrica is encrypted.
By default, Yandex. Metrica collects information about all users who visit a site. However, collecting data about individual users can be blocked with the Yandex.Metrica opt-out. The Yandex. Metrica opt-out is a browser add-on. It blocks storing cookie files on the user's computer and restricts data transmission to Yandex. Metrica.

Sharing with other organisations
We might share your data with other organisations under exceptional circumstances, for instance if:
