The Starlock ACZ 100 SWB blade provides fast cuts in various rigid soft materials. It has a serrated blade enabling the edge points to grab and dig into the material for faster results than with standard smooth cutting edges. Its wide 100 mm diameter tackles a larger surface area for dynamic material removal, providing rapid work progress. It can make fast flush cuts in protruding insulation materials and cuts insulation panels and cardboard to size, along with soft materials such as linoleum, carpet and putty materials. It is suitable for use with all Starlock, Starlock Plus and Starlock Max power tools as well as common multi-tools. When cutting non-hardened metals and abrasive materials, the BIM (bi-metal) combination of an HCS (high carbon steel) blade and HSS (high-speed steel) teeth resists wear and heat, ensuring a long life for the blade. The pointed segment saw blade ends enable cutting right into corners while the round blade body design enables straight cuts. The Starlock Snap-In mounting system allows fast blade removal and exchange within 3 seconds without having to touch the blade. The mounting system produces the highest power transfer due to a 3-dimensional tight-fitting connection between machine and accessory.
