Operation noise levels range from 21 dB at minimum speed to 35 dB at maximum rotational velocity, balancing performance with acoustic requirements. Speed regulation is handled via a 4-pin connector, which enables Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) support for automatic speed scaling between 500 RPM and 1500 RPM. The fan incorporates a Fluid Dynamic Bearing (FDB), a mechanism designed to reduce friction and contribute to a rated operational lifespan of 60,000 hours.
