The Commander C31 TG ARGB is a mid-tower chassis constructed from SPCC steel, featuring a 4mm tempered glass side panel. It is designed to support ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards within its 233 x 462 x 507 mm frame. The front panel incorporates a full mesh design to facilitate direct air intake for internal components, suitable for performance-oriented system configurations.

For thermal management, the case includes two pre-installed 200mm ARGB fans at the front and one 120mm standard fan at the rear. It provides extensive cooling options, with mounting locations for radiators up to 360mm in the front and 280mm on the top. Component compatibility is broad, accommodating CPU coolers up to 180mm in height and power supplies up to 200mm in length.

The integrated ARGB lighting can be controlled via a dedicated button on the I/O panel or synchronized with compatible motherboard software. The front I/O provides access to two USB 3.0 ports and HD audio connections. For storage, the chassis provides a combo cage with bays for up to three 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch drives, alongside a total of nine expansion slots for various hardware configurations.
