The D-Link DNH-100 Nuclias Connect Hub is a dedicated Layer 2 hardware controller for centralising small-to-medium business networks. Unlike a traditional multi-port switch, the unit features a single Gigabit RJ45 port with a 1 Gbit/s capacity for connecting directly to the core network. It manages up to 100 wireless access points and smart-managed switches with no recurring licensing fees. Administrators use the hub to manage local data and monitor real-time traffic. The device acts as a central control point, simplifying the maintenance of individual network components.

The 190 × 100 × 31 mm chassis weighs 529 g and can be rack-mounted for integration into standard server cabinets. Administration is handled via a built-in web interface or remotely through the Nuclias Connect app. The controller supports IEEE 802.1Q VLAN management to separate guest and internal traffic, as well as a captive portal for access control. A non-PoE device, the unit draws a maximum of 6.5 W under full load. Other interfaces include a console port, a MicroSD slot, and a USB port for local configuration backups.
