The Thermaltake UX100 ARGB is a compact, top-flow CPU cooling solution engineered for mainstream desktop systems that require a thermal dissipation capacity up to 65W TDP. The unit utilizes an all-aluminum heatsink and base plate designed to rapidly transfer heat away from the processor surface. Its low-profile architecture, measuring 66.1 mm in total height, ensures broad compatibility across various chassis types, including smaller form factor builds where vertical clearance is often restricted. The cooler provides native support for current generation Intel LGA 1700 and AMD AM5 sockets, along with previous generations.

Cooling performance is managed by a single 120 mm fan equipped with a durable hydraulic bearing. This fan operates up to 1800 RPM, generating a maximum airflow rating of 38.82 CFM and a static pressure of 1.48 mmH₂O. At peak operational speed, the fan registers a noise level of 26.92 dB.
