The TP-Link TL-MR150 300Mbps 4G LTE Wi-Fi Router is a tabletop device designed to provide internet access via cellular networks. It features a built-in micro-SIM card slot compatible with 4G LTE and 3G connections. This single-band router operates on the 2.4 GHz frequency and supports wireless data transfer rates of up to 300 Mbit/s. It is compatible with LTE-TDD and LTE-FDD standards, alongside 3G protocols including DC-HSPA+ and UMTS. The router is intended for use as a wireless hotspot in locations where fixed-line broadband is unavailable or as a backup connection.

For wired connectivity, the device includes four 10/100 Mbit/s Fast Ethernet ports. One port can be configured as a WAN connection to allow the router to function with traditional cable or fibre modems. Two external antennas manage cellular signal reception and distribute the local Wi-Fi signal. Security is managed via a built-in firewall and encryption standards such as WPA2-PSK. Administrative tasks are performed through a web-based interface, which includes Quality of Service (QoS) settings and guest access controls. The router is powered by a 9V DC source.
