The ASUS TUF Gaming GT301 is a mid-tower case constructed from steel, ABS plastic, and a tempered glass side panel. It measures 426 x 482 x 214 mm, providing support for ATX, micro ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards within a standard footprint. The design incorporates a perforated honeycomb front panel to facilitate airflow and a full-view side panel to display internal components. This chassis is designed for gaming-focused builds that require a balance of thermal performance and component visibility.

For cooling, the case is equipped with three 120 mm addressable RGB fans in the front and one 120 mm fan at the rear. This stock configuration establishes an effective airflow path from intake to exhaust. The chassis also accommodates liquid cooling solutions, with mounting points for a radiator up to 360 mm in the front and a 120 mm radiator in the rear. To simplify maintenance, removable dust filters are located at the front, top, and bottom of the case.
