The NETGEAR Orbi LBR20 4G LTE WiFi router provides a local wireless network using a cellular data connection. As it is a 4G-only device, it uses a SIM card to provide internet access in areas where fixed-line infrastructure is unavailable or unreliable. It operates on the dual-band Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) standard, supporting both older and newer devices across separate radio frequencies. It offers a maximum wireless data rate of 2,200 Mbit/s. This capacity is suitable for HD media streaming, web browsing, and multi-device households. The inclusion of an RJ-45 WAN port also allows the device to function as a router for a traditional fixed-line broadband connection.
