The D-Link DWR-2101 5G Wi-Fi 6 Mobile Hotspot AX1800 provides mobile internet access by converting cellular signals into a local wireless network. It uses 5G NR technology to connect users where fixed-line broadband is unavailable. If a 5G signal is unavailable, the device reverts to 4G or 3G networks to maintain connectivity. It creates a dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) network for local devices. The 5 GHz band provides speeds of up to 1200 Mbit/s, which supports video conferencing, media streaming, and large file downloads across multiple devices.
