The Grundig infrared thermometer measures forehead temperature without skin contact. It operates between 32°C and 42.5°C with an accuracy of ±0.2°C, which is precise enough to monitor minor changes in body temperature. Readings appear in approximately one second. The infrared technology detects thermal radiation, avoiding the need for direct skin contact.

The device features a backlit LCD screen for use in low-light conditions. An integrated alarm triggers if a high temperature is detected. It requires two AAA batteries (not included).
