The Teltonika RUTX12 is a dual-LTE Cat 6 router designed for professional cellular connectivity. It features two independent 4G LTE modems and dual-SIM support to ensure network resilience via automatic failover. The device provides wireless access using the Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) standard, with data transfer rates up to 867 Mbit/s. For wired connections, the unit includes five Gigabit Ethernet ports to support multiple high-bandwidth devices. Its aluminum casing and design make it suitable for deployment in environments such as transport hubs and warehouses.
The router features a silver aluminum enclosure, weighs 540 grams, and is built for industrial use. It is equipped with 256 MB of RAM and 256 MB of flash memory to manage complex networking tasks and protocols. Security features include a built-in firewall with access control lists and traffic filtering. Connectivity options include a dedicated USB port and support for SMS communications. Eight antenna connectors manage signal stability across the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. The unit is powered via a DC source and includes a physical reset button and LED status indicators.
