The TOUGHAIR 310 is a single tower CPU cooler rated for thermal loads up to 170 W TDP. Heat dissipation relies on four copper heat pipes, each measuring 6 mm in diameter, which transfer thermal energy to a dense array of aluminum cooling fins. This structural configuration is designed to maintain stable processor temperatures during high-demand operation. The full assembly measures 159.5 mm in height, requiring users to verify adequate vertical clearance within their PC chassis.

A single 120 mm fan provides the necessary airflow, optimized specifically to deliver high static pressure capable of penetrating the fin stack effectively. Fan speed management uses Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technology, allowing rotational speeds to modulate between 500 RPM and 2000 RPM. This controlled operation yields a maximum airflow of 58.35 CFM and a static pressure of 2.41 mmH2O. The maximum reported noise output during peak performance is 23.6 dB.

Broad compatibility is included for current and recent desktop processor sockets, supporting Intel platforms such as LGA 1851, 1700, 1200, and 115x series.
