The DEWALT 18V XR Brushless 125 mm Cordless Angle Grinder is designed for grinding, cutting, and finishing work in metal and construction. With 1,000 W of input power and a 9,000 RPM no-load speed, it handles cutting and material removal. Power is supplied by the 18 V battery platform, so the grinder can be used away from a mains outlet.

The grinder weighs 1.75 kg. A soft-grip main handle and a two-position auxiliary handle allow controlled two-handed operation. A soft-start function limits disc acceleration when the grinder is switched on. Kickback protection and an electronic clutch cut the risk of kickback if the disc binds or stalls. An electronic brake stops the disc quickly when the trigger is released. This body-only version accepts DEWALT 18V XR lithium-ion batteries but is supplied without a battery or charger.
