DEWALT DCG405P2 18V XR 125 mm Cordless Angle Grinder with 2 x 5 Ah Batteries

The DEWALT 18V XR 125 mm Cordless Angle Grinder with 2 × 5 Ah Batteries is intended for regular cutting, grinding and metalworking tasks. It accepts 125 mm grinding and cutting discs for workshop and site applications. The brushless motor is rated at 1,000 W input and 800 W output. A maximum no-load speed of 9,000 RPM supports material removal and cutting with compatible accessories. Battery operation removes the need for a mains cable when moving around a work area.

At 2.59 kg, the grinder's weight is an important consideration for prolonged or overhead work. The electronic brake stops the disc quickly when the switch is released. An electronic clutch helps reduce kickback if the disc jams or the grinder stalls. A rubber-overmoulded soft grip and two-position auxiliary handle provide alternative holding positions. The protective guard can be adjusted without tools. The supplied kit includes two removable 5 Ah batteries, a charger and a carrying case.
