The DEWALT DCK796D2T-QW 18 V cordless brushless hammer drill kit combines drilling, screwdriving and masonry drilling functions. Its cordless battery system operates at 18 V. Maximum torque is rated at 65 N·m for hard applications and 27 N·m for soft applications. Maximum drilling diameter is 40 mm in wood, 13 mm in steel and 13 mm in concrete. These capacities support timber boring, metal drilling, masonry work and screw fastening within the stated limits.

The drill weighs 1.3 kg and uses a pistol-grip body with a soft-grip surface. Its keyless chuck accepts bits from 1.5 to 13 mm without requiring a chuck key.
