Makita DHR202Z 18V LXT SDS-Plus Cordless Rotary Hammer, WIthout battery and charger

The Makita 18V LXT SDS-Plus cordless rotary hammer is intended for drilling and light chiselling in concrete, brickwork and other masonry. It runs on Makita's 18V LXT lithium-ion battery platform. Three operating modes cover rotation-only drilling, rotary hammer drilling and hammer-only chiselling. Maximum drilling diameters are 26 mm in wood, 13 mm in steel and 20 mm in concrete. With hammer action disengaged, the drill can also handle wood, steel and screwdriving when fitted with an appropriate accessory.

At 3.2 kg, the rotary hammer has an ergonomic body, soft grip and auxiliary handle to support controlled two-handed use. Its SDS-Plus chuck accepts compatible bits designed for this retention system. Variable speed control helps adapt rotation to different materials, and the integrated LED illuminates dim work areas. This body-only version includes neither an 18V battery nor a charger, so existing compatible Makita LXT equipment is required. No carrying case is supplied, which should be considered when planning storage and transport.
