The MAKITA 18V LXT Brushless Impact Driver, Body Only is a cordless impact driver for fastening screws, bolts and other threaded fasteners. It runs on MAKITA's 18V LXT lithium-ion battery platform, which is the main compatibility consideration when buying. Maximum torque is 175 N·m, enough for more demanding driving work, and the rated output also covers lighter assembly and installation tasks. Rather than functioning as a general-purpose drill, it is set up specifically for screwdriving and impact fastening.
