The METABO SSE 18 LTX Compact is a cordless sabre saw designed for cutting wood, chipboard, and metal in confined or hard-to-reach work areas. Powered by an 18 V battery, it reaches a maximum no-load stroke rate of 3,100 strokes per minute with a 13 mm stroke length. Variospeed electronics let the operator adjust the stroke rate to suit the material and the task at hand. The slim, highly manoeuvrable build supports both one-handed and two-handed operation, making it practical for overhead cutting, plunge cuts, installation, maintenance, and dismantling where space is limited.

Weighing 1,400 g and measuring 347 mm in overall length, this sabre saw is compact enough for tight workspaces. An integrated LED light illuminates the cutting area for better visibility in low-light conditions. The Metabo Quick system enables tool-free blade changes, and the tool holder accepts both sabre saw and jigsaw blades for broader compatibility. An adjustable depth guide supports controlled plunge cutting. This is a body-only package: neither a battery nor a charger is included, so both must be purchased separately.
