METABO WEV 1500-125 Quick RT Angle Grinder, 125 mm, 1500 W

The METABO WEV 1500-125 Quick RT Angle Grinder is a corded 125 mm model for cutting, grinding, sanding, and milling. Its 1,500 W input motor reaches 11,000 RPM at no load. Variable speed ranges from 3,500 to 11,000 RPM, allowing the rate to be matched to compatible accessories and finishing tasks. The Vario-Tacho-Constamatic electronic system maintains the selected speed under load, so the grinder can be used for both heavy material removal and more controlled surface work.

At 2.4 kg, the grinder is suited to regular workshop and trade use without being unusually heavy for its specification. Soft-grip surfaces and the auxiliary handle give better control, including during overhead work. Soft start limits the initial surge when the motor is switched on. Electronic kickback protection and restart protection guard against disc snags and prevent unintended restarting after a power interruption. The protective guard adjusts without tools, and the Metabo Quick system allows wrench-free disc changes. A carrying case is supplied for storage and transport.
