The Phanteks Eclipse P600S is a mid-tower chassis constructed with a steel frame and a tempered glass side panel for component visibility. It accommodates a range of motherboard form factors, including ATX, Micro-ATX, Mini-ITX, and E-ATX boards up to 280 mm wide. The internal layout provides substantial component clearance, with space for CPU coolers up to 190 mm in height. This design facilitates the installation of large, high-performance hardware, supported by a bottom-mounted PSU bay that fits units up to 280 mm long.

Cooling configuration is flexible, with extensive support for both air and liquid cooling systems. The case can house radiators as large as 420 mm in the front and 360 mm in the top, alongside a 140 mm radiator in the rear. For storage, it offers significant capacity with mounts for up to ten 3.5-inch drives and an additional three 2.5-inch drives.
