ASUS XG-C100C - Network Adapter, Red

The ASUS XG-C100C 10GBase-T PCIe network adapter provides 10 Gbps wired connectivity for desktop PCs. The card installs into a PCI Express 3.0 slot and supports data transfer rates up to 10,000 Mbit/s. It is a wired-only device without Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. A single RJ45 port connects the card to the local network, providing higher throughput than standard gigabit hardware for tasks such as local server hosting.

The adapter is backwards compatible with 5 Gbps, 2.5 Gbps, 1 Gbps, and 100 Mbps networks. Integrated Quality of Service (QoS) prioritises time-sensitive network packets to reduce latency during interactive applications. Two LEDs on the rear bracket indicate link status and connection speed. The adapter requires a system running Windows 10 or Linux kernel 4.4 or later.
