METABO AHS 18-65 V 18 volts Cordless Hedge Trimmer, Body Only

The Metabo AHS 18-65 V 18V Cordless Hedge Trimmer, body only, is a battery-powered tool for maintaining medium and large hedges and shrubs. Its 630 mm cutting length supports longer passes across broad hedge faces. The blade combines 30 mm tooth spacing with a rated maximum branch thickness of 18 mm. These specifications suit routine shaping and reduction of established garden growth.

The trimmer weighs 4.1 kg, giving a clear indication of the load carried during extended trimming sessions. A Softgrip ergonomic handle is designed to support a controlled grip in different cutting positions. Diamond-ground cutting edges are intended to produce clean, consistent cuts. An electronic quick-stop blade brake provides an additional safety measure when operation is interrupted.

This model uses a removable lithium-ion battery within the CAS cordless system. The battery and charger are both sold separately. Compatibility covers CAS 18V battery packs and chargers, which is relevant for users who already own tools on that platform. Manufactured in Germany, the trimmer has a black and red finish.
