METABO PowerMaxx SGS 12 Q Cordless Shrub and Grass Shears

The Metabo PowerMaxx SGS 12 Q Cordless Shrub and Grass Shears is a battery-powered 2-in-1 tool for shaping shrubs and trimming lawn edges. Interchangeable shrub and grass heads cover both detailed form cutting and border maintenance. The 200 mm shrub blade combines 8 mm tooth spacing with an 8 mm maximum cutting capacity for light garden trimming. A stroke rate of up to 2,300 spm supports clean, controlled cutting.

At 1 kg including the battery, the shears are suited to close-control work around shrubs and borders. The slim, rubberised ergonomic grip provides a secure contact surface while guiding the tool. Its 12 V, 2.0 Ah lithium-ion battery has a rated operating time of up to 165 minutes. Laser-cut, diamond-ground blades are designed for precise cuts. An integrated safety switch and safety brake help prevent unintended operation and stop the blade when required.

The Metabo Quick system allows tool-free changes between the two cutting heads. A removable rechargeable battery and charger are both included. Power-system compatibility covers Metabo 12 V batteries and the Cordless Alliance System. Cable-free operation allows the shears to be moved around garden edges without access to a mains socket.
