The HP HyperX Alloy Origins Core is a tenkeyless mechanical keyboard designed for a compact desk footprint without sacrificing core functionality. Its full aluminum body provides a stable and rigid platform during use, which minimizes chassis flex for consistent keystrokes. The keyboard is equipped with HyperX mechanical switches, engineered for a balance of responsiveness and durability with a rated lifespan of 80 million actuations. Performance-oriented features include N-key rollover and 100% anti-ghosting to ensure all simultaneous keypresses are registered accurately during gameplay.

This model features per-key RGB backlighting with exposed LEDs, which produces more vivid illumination effects across the keycaps. Customization of lighting and macros is managed through software, and up to three profiles can be saved directly to the keyboard's on-board memory for portability. For ergonomic positioning, the keyboard's feet can be adjusted to three distinct tilt angles. The design is complemented by a detachable braided USB-C cable, which facilitates easier transport and replacement.
