The HyperX QuadCast is an electret condenser microphone utilizing three 14mm diaphragms to provide four selectable polar patterns: cardioid, omnidirectional, stereo, and bidirectional. It operates via a USB interface with a 48 kHz sample rate and a frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz. The microphone features a sensitivity of -36 dB and a signal-to-noise ratio of 90 dB. A dedicated gain control dial allows for direct adjustment of the microphone input level during use.

This desktop microphone includes an anti-vibration shock mount and an internal pop filter to reduce mechanical noise and plosive sounds. It features a 3.5mm headphone jack for real-time monitoring and a tap-to-mute sensor with an LED indicator for status signaling. The unit comes with a 3-meter USB cable and a desktop stand, while remaining compatible with 3/8-inch and 5/8-inch threaded setups via an adapter. It is a plug-and-play device compatible with PC, Mac, and PlayStation consoles.
