It is compatible with all hob types, including induction, gas, ceramic, halogen, and solid plates. The aluminium construction ensures efficient heat distribution. This model does not include a lid.

The cooking surface features a titanium-reinforced nonstick coating, which aids food release and simplifies cleaning. Although the pan is dishwasher safe, it is not suitable for oven use and must only be used on a hob. It weighs 907 g, making it easy to handle. The attached handle provides a secure grip for maneuvering. Unlike traditional cast-iron cookware, this pan requires no seasoning.
