The HyperX Alloy Origins Core PBT (Nordic) is a compact, tenkeyless mechanical keyboard featuring linear HyperX Red switches. These switches provide a smooth keystroke without tactile bumps or audible clicks. The tenkeyless layout omits the numeric keypad to save desk space and increase room for mouse movement. The Nordic layout version is designed to meet local typing requirements. The keyboard uses a detachable 1.8 m USB-C cable, which supports a 1000 Hz polling rate, and connects via a standard USB interface compatible with Windows systems.

The keyboard is built with an aircraft-grade aluminium frame for stability. It includes double-shot PBT keycaps that are durable and resistant to the shine caused by surface oils. The per-key RGB backlighting is fully customisable via compatible software, and the keyboard’s internal memory allows for the storage of three lighting and macro profiles directly on the device. N-key rollover and anti-ghosting technology ensure that simultaneous key presses are registered accurately. The keyboard also features three adjustable tilt angles for ergonomic positioning and is compatible with Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10.
