The Synology RackStation RS822RP+ is a 1U rackmount network-attached storage (NAS) system for small and medium-sized businesses. It features four hot-swappable drive bays that house 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch SATA III HDDs and SSDs. It is powered by an AMD Ryzen Embedded V1500B quad-core 2.2 GHz processor and includes 2 GB of DDR4 ECC memory, which can be expanded to 32 GB via two SO-DIMM slots. Connectivity is provided by four RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet ports with support for link aggregation and jumbo frames. The model includes dual 150 W power supply units for redundancy, with a maximum internal raw storage capacity of 72 TB, depending on the drives installed.
