QNAP TVS-H874-I5-32G - Network Attached Storage, Black

The QNAP TVS-H874-I5-32G is an 8-bay tower NAS designed for centralised data management and backup in small and medium-sized businesses. It runs on the QuTS hero operating system and uses an Intel Core i5-12400 6-core processor. With a base frequency of 2.5 GHz, the processor is suited for multi-user workloads and virtualisation. The drive bays support 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch SATA hard drives or solid-state drives. The system includes 32 GB of DDR4 SO-DIMM memory, expandable to 64 GB, and 5 GB of flash memory for operating files and configuration data.

The black tower chassis houses three cooling fans (120 mm and 60 mm). It includes two 2.5 GbE RJ45 ports that support jumbo frames and Wake-on-LAN for network integration. For monitoring, the device features an integrated LCD display and an HDMI 1.4b output. Storage management supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, 60, and JBOD configurations. Data is protected by 256-bit AES encryption, SSH, and TLS. The system is compatible with Windows 11, macOS 13, and various Linux distributions, including Ubuntu and CentOS. PCIe 4.0 slots allow for the addition of high-speed networking or storage interface cards.
