Energizer Pro 7 LED, 58 lm, Headlamp

Designed for outdoor activities, DIY tasks and jobs where both hands need to stay free, the Energizer Pro 7 LED Headlamp provides hands-free lighting via a seven-LED array. It puts out up to 58 lumens of white light, with a beam that reaches a maximum of 30 metres, which is enough for following trails or working in dim conditions. On the lowest setting, it runs for up to 16.75 hours, so batteries don't need changing as often during longer use. The setup is straightforward, aimed at general visibility rather than specialised applications.

Weighing 92 grams, it stays comfortable over long periods without putting noticeable pressure on the forehead. The adjustable headband fits a range of head sizes and can be worn over a helmet. The lamp head pivots, so the beam can be aimed where it's needed without moving the neck. The housing carries an IPX4 rating, protecting the internals from splashing water and sweat. Four lighting modes are available — red light, spotlight, floodlight and area light — to suit different proximity needs. Power comes from three included AAA alkaline batteries.
