The Aerocool Cylon Mini is a compact Mini Tower chassis constructed from 0.5 mm thick steel and designed for Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards. Its primary visual element is the front panel, which features an integrated backslash LED with 13 selectable lighting modes, including static colors and flowing effects. A full acrylic side panel allows for a clear view of the internal components. The case's dimensions are 186 x 381.5 x 373 mm, making it suitable for builds where desktop space is limited.

Internally, the chassis accommodates graphics cards up to 300 mm in length and CPU coolers with a maximum height of 147 mm. For storage, it provides dedicated mounts for up to two 3.5-inch drives and three 2.5-inch drives. The cooling configuration supports two 120 mm fans at the front and one 80 mm or 90 mm fan at the rear, with one 80 mm fan pre-installed for exhaust. It supports a standard ATX power supply up to 180 mm in length, which is mounted at the bottom of the case. The top-mounted I/O panel includes one USB 3.2 Gen 1 port, one USB 2.0 port, and standard audio connections.
