The AeroCool Zauron is a mid-tower case constructed with a steel frame and ABS plastic components. It features a tempered glass side panel for component visibility and a mesh front panel designed to facilitate airflow. This chassis supports standard ATX, micro ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards, making it a versatile option for various system builds. The design incorporates fixed RGB illumination in the pre-installed front fans, which are powered via Molex connectors.

Internally, the layout provides space for multiple storage drives through a combination of 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch bays. For cooling, the case offers several mounting points for fans at the front, top, and rear. It also accommodates liquid cooling systems with support for radiators in the front and rear positions. Component compatibility includes clearance for CPU coolers up to 166 mm in height and standard ATX power supplies. Cable management features are integrated to assist with organizing internal wiring, and a dust filter is included.
