The Fera 5 is a single-tower CPU air cooler designed to manage thermal loads up to 220 W TDP. Heat dissipation is facilitated by a structure consisting of four integrated copper heat pipes leading into a dense aluminum fin stack. The heatsink utilizes a slightly offset design intended to minimize potential conflict with adjacent high-profile memory modules on various motherboard layouts. This physical configuration supports sustained heat transfer efficiency even under heavy processor loading.

Cooling performance relies on a single 120 mm fan connected via a 4-pin PWM header, allowing the rotational speed to be dynamically controlled. The fan operates within a range of 250 RPM to 1800 RPM. Under maximum operating speed, the unit produces a measured noise output of 21.4 dB, while the low-speed threshold registers 6.8 dB. The fan is built around a hydraulic bearing system, rated for a Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) of 100,000 hours.

The cooler measures 155 mm in height, requiring adequate vertical clearance within the PC chassis.
