Bosch PEX 400 AE Random Orbital Sander, 370 W, 125 mm

The Bosch PEX 400 AE Random Orbital Sander is a corded tool for sanding and polishing medium-sized and large surfaces. It is suitable for wood, painted and lacquered finishes, polished surfaces, plasterboard and filler. A 370 W input motor supports both stock removal and finish preparation across these materials. Electronic speed adjustment sets the sanding rate between 4,000 and 26,000 oscillations per minute, allowing a slower setting for controlled work or a higher rate when faster material removal is needed.

The integrated dust-extraction port works with the supplied microfilter dust box to collect debris at the tool. The round 125 × 125 mm sanding plate covers broad surfaces while remaining suitable for handheld use. Hook-and-loop fastening simplifies paper changes and accepts the supplied 125 mm K80 sanding sheet. A soft-grip body and auxiliary handle provide additional holding points for horizontal, vertical and overhead sanding. The sander is also supplied in a carrying case for storage and transport.
