The Lian Li Galahad II Trinity SL INF is a 360mm all-in-one liquid CPU cooler engineered for thermal management in high-performance computing environments. Its core components include a 27mm thick aluminum radiator, a copper cold plate for heat transfer, and a pump that operates at speeds up to 3200 RPM. This model is supplied with three 120mm SL-Infinity fans designed to move air effectively through the radiator fins. The system offers aesthetic versatility with three interchangeable pump head covers that alter the unit's appearance.

Equipped with Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) support, the fans can reach a maximum rotational speed of 2100 RPM, producing an airflow of 61.3 CFM and a static pressure of 2.66 mmH₂O. The fans are built with Fluid Dynamic Bearings, which contribute to a maximum noise level of 29 dB. Addressable RGB illumination is integrated into both the fans and the pump block, with control managed through the L-Connect 3 software.
