EINHELL TE-CD 18/40 Li-Solo 18-volt Cordless Drill/Driver

The EINHELL TE-CD 18/40 Li-Solo 18 V Cordless Drill/Driver is a battery-powered drill for routine drilling and screwdriving. It is intended for common DIY, workshop and garage applications. Power comes from Einhell's 18 V Power X-Change battery platform. Maximum torque is rated at 40 N⋅m for a range of drilling and fastening tasks. Its cordless format allows use away from mains sockets without a trailing power cable.

The stated weight is 1.1 kg, and the pistol-grip body includes a soft-grip handle for steadier handling. A keyless chuck accepts accessories from 2 to 13 mm and requires no separate chuck key. The built-in LED provides local illumination in dim work areas. Two gears and electronic speed control allow the drill speed to be matched to the application. It uses removable lithium-ion batteries from the Einhell Power X-Change range. This Solo version is supplied without a battery or charger, so both must be purchased separately unless compatible items are already available.
