The KÄRCHER BP 3 Home & Garden Water Pump is an automatic pressure pump designed for consistent fluid transfer. It draws water from alternative sources such as cisterns or rainwater tanks to supply garden irrigation and household non-potable water systems. Mains electricity (230–240 V) powers the internal 800 W motor. Performance peaks at a flow rate of 3300 l/h and a maximum delivery head of 40 m. The pump starts and stops automatically based on plumbing demand, and shuts down completely when taps are closed to avoid unnecessary energy consumption.

A plastic housing encloses the internal components, keeping the overall weight at 10.3 kg. An integrated carrying handle makes it easier to move the unit between water sources. A built-in pre-filter blocks small debris and protects the mechanical parts. Integrated overload protection acts as a dry-run safeguard, automatically shutting the motor down if the fluid supply runs out. Standard G1 connecting threads allow straightforward attachment to common domestic hoses and plumbing fittings. Electrical connection is via a 1.85 m H07RN-F power cable, which provides adequate reach for typical utility room positioning. A dedicated on/off switch allows manual operation when automatic demand sensing is not required.
