TEFAL Resist Wok Pan, 28 cm

The Tefal Resist Wok Pan (28 cm, model D52619) is an aluminium pan designed for stir-frying and sautéing. With a 5-litre capacity and 28 cm diameter, it provides enough space for family-sized meals. The curved shape helps with the constant movement required for stir-frying and ensures even heat distribution. It is suitable for gas, ceramic, halogen, and sealed plate hobs, but please note it is not compatible with induction hobs. The deep sides help keep food inside the pan during high-heat cooking.

The interior has a titanium non-stick coating for easy food release and scratch resistance. A Thermo-Spot indicator in the centre shows when the pan has reached the ideal temperature for searing. The pan is oven-safe up to 175 °C, allowing you to finish dishes in the oven if needed. The exterior is finished with Flame Protect technology to resist wear from gas flames. It is dishwasher-safe and free from PFOA, lead, and cadmium. A single handle is attached to the body for easy handling.
