PETZL TIKKID E091BA01, Pink, 30 lm, Headlamp

The PETZL TIKKID Pink Children's Headlamp E091BA01 is a hands-free lighting device designed for children aged three and older. It provides practical illumination for reading, camping, and evening play. The unit emits a cool white beam with a maximum output of 30 lumens. An IPX4 rating ensures resistance to water splashes during outdoor use. A single button manages the lighting interface. The product carries CE and CPSIA certifications for child safety compliance.

This headlamp weighs 80 grams and uses a plastic housing with a fixed, non-pivoting head. The adjustable headband releases under tension to prevent snags and provides a secure fit. Power comes from three included AAA batteries, although the compartment also accepts a PETZL CORE rechargeable battery. On the lowest setting, the light operates for up to 160 hours. An automatic shut-off feature deactivates the lamp after one hour of inactivity. A screw-secured door keeps the batteries inaccessible to young children.

• Three lighting modes: low, high, and flashing white light – covers basic visibility and signalling needs.
• Minimum beam distance of 3 metres – effective for close-up tasks such as reading.
• Supports alkaline, lithium, or Ni-MH batteries – allows use of different AAA chemistries.
• Detachable headband – simplifies cleaning or replacement if the strap becomes worn.
• Phosphorescent locator element – makes the device easier to find in the dark.
• Lowest brightness setting of 4 lumens – appropriate for reading without causing eye strain.
