Its construction incorporates a nickel-plated copper base plate paired with six 6mm diameter copper heat pipes. These pipes efficiently transfer thermal energy to the extensive aluminum fin stacks within the dual-tower heatsink structure. The heatsink is engineered for optimal surface area exposure, facilitating rapid heat dissipation away from the central processing unit. The overall unit depth measures 125mm, width is 110mm, and the height reaches 155mm.

Cooling performance is managed by two 120mm TL-C12C fans utilizing S-FDB bearings for operational stability. These fans feature Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) support via a 4-pin connector, enabling precise speed adjustments based on active thermal requirements.
