The Thermalright TL-C12CW-S is a set of three 120mm case fans designed for chassis airflow and system cooling. Each fan operates at a maximum speed of 1550 RPM, delivering up to 66.17 CFM of airflow and 1.53 mmH2O of static pressure. This combination makes them suitable for use as general case intake or exhaust fans, as well as for mounting on radiators or pushing air through restrictive dust filters. The fan dimensions are a standard 120 x 120 x 25 mm, ensuring compatibility with most PC cases.

Fan speed is managed via a 4-pin PWM connector, allowing motherboards to adjust rotational speeds automatically based on component temperatures for a balance of performance and acoustics. Each fan is equipped with a Sealed Precision FDB bearing, which contributes to a lower operational noise level, rated at 25.6 dB at full speed.
