The Montech AIR 1000 Premium is a mid-tower chassis designed for ATX-based systems, supplied with two distinct front panels. Users can install either a mesh panel to prioritize airflow or a tempered glass panel to alter the case's appearance. The thermal design is supported by four pre-installed ARGB fans, with three 140 mm units at the front intake and one 120 mm fan for rear exhaust. A dedicated controller is included for centralized management of the ARGB lighting effects.

Internally, the steel chassis supports motherboards up to the ATX form factor and features a tempered glass side panel for viewing components. The case offers clearances for CPU coolers up to 170 mm in height and power supplies up to 180 mm in length. For storage, it provides mounts for two 3.5-inch drives and an additional four 2.5-inch drives. The design also incorporates removable dust filters and designated channels for cable management to facilitate a clean system build.
