The Thermalright AXP90-X47 is a specialized CPU cooler engineered for highly space-constrained environments, offering a total profile height of 32 mm. This low-profile design ensures fitment within ultra-compact chassis and mini-ITX builds where standard tower coolers are incompatible. The heatsink is constructed entirely from copper, featuring four high-density 6 mm copper heat pipes routed through a nickel-plated C1100 pure copper base plate. This material composition prioritizes rapid and efficient thermal transfer necessary for maintaining processor stability under load.

Integrated cooling is provided by a 92 mm TL-9015R fan utilizing a hydraulic bearing for durable and quiet operation. The fan supports Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control, enabling dynamic speed adjustments up to 2700 RPM. This configuration delivers an airflow of 42.58 CFM and a static pressure of 1.33 mmH2O.
